I want to thank you for everything you did in helping us with the recent purchase of our new waterfront lake house.  We’ve been house hunting at Lake Gaston for three years and have finally joined the “club” thanks to your exceptional service and dedication to us.

The time and effort you spent making sure everything went smoothly was unbelievable.  Your continual “progress” updates, your communication with the seller’s agent to make sure everything was done on their end, your recommendations and referrals for various services in the area, and the countless times you stopped by the house to check on the progress of things, like the new HVAC, plumbing and electrical work that was to be finished prior to us closing.  Let’s not forget meeting with the dock builder on the water at our lake property on a very cold early spring morning as he prepared an estimate for us.  Meanwhile we were nice and warm back at our house in North Raleigh.  You saved me many trips Tim!  You didn’t have to do that…but you did, and that is the very essence of great service that one doesn't’t see much of these days.
